Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Manebí purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Manebí box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected and all original labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
